This Privacy Policy explains how Sube YT, available through app.johnporto.com.br, accesses, uses, stores and shares information when users connect a Google account and use the application's YouTube-related features.

1. Information accessed from Google

When a user authorizes Sube YT through Google OAuth, the application may receive the information and permissions necessary to identify the authorized account or YouTube channel and to perform the YouTube actions requested by the user.

This may include:

  • Basic Google account identification information made available by the authorization flow;
  • YouTube channel/account information needed to identify the destination selected by the user;
  • OAuth access tokens and, where applicable, refresh tokens required to maintain authorized access;
  • Video files, titles, descriptions, visibility choices or other upload information supplied by the user for a requested YouTube upload.

Sube YT does not request, receive or store the user's Google password.

2. How information is used

Information obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the application's user-facing functionality, including:

  • Authenticating and identifying the authorized user/account;
  • Showing or distinguishing authorized YouTube accounts or channels when needed;
  • Uploading video content to the YouTube account/channel selected by the user;
  • Submitting the metadata and settings chosen by the user for that upload;
  • Maintaining an authorized session when necessary for the service to operate.

3. Storage and security

Sube YT may securely store authentication credentials such as OAuth tokens when this is necessary to maintain the user's authorized connection. The application may also retain operational information required to complete user-requested uploads and maintain the service.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

4. Sharing of information

Sube YT does not sell or rent Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising. Information is not shared with third parties except when necessary to operate the service, to complete an action explicitly requested by the user, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.

When a user requests an upload, the relevant video content and metadata are transmitted to Google/YouTube so that the requested action can be completed.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Sube YT's use of information obtained from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the applicable Limited Use requirements.

6. Data retention

Google user data and authorization credentials are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the application's functionality, maintain an authorized connection, meet security or legal obligations, or until the user revokes access or requests deletion, as applicable.

7. Revoking Google access

Users may revoke Sube YT's access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security and third-party access settings. Once authorization is revoked, Sube YT will no longer be able to use that authorization to access the connected Google/YouTube account.

8. Data deletion requests

A user may request deletion of information associated with their use of Sube YT. To submit a deletion or privacy request, contact the operator of Sube YT through the contact method published on app.johnporto.com.br.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features, data practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain publicly available on this page.
