Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Sube YT, a web application available through app.johnporto.com.br that allows authorized users to connect a Google account and perform user-requested YouTube upload actions.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Sube YT, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with these terms, the application should not be used.

2. Description of the service

Sube YT provides tools intended to simplify the process of connecting an authorized Google account, selecting the appropriate YouTube account or channel and uploading user-selected video content through the YouTube Data API.

Features may change over time as the application is developed, maintained or adapted to Google/YouTube API requirements.

3. Google and YouTube authorization

Some features require authorization through Google OAuth. The user controls whether access is granted and may revoke that access through Google Account settings.

Use of YouTube through Sube YT is also subject to the terms, policies and rules applicable to Google and YouTube services.

4. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for:

  • Using only accounts and YouTube channels the user is authorized to access;
  • Ensuring uploaded videos, metadata and other content comply with applicable law and YouTube policies;
  • Confirming that the user has the rights and permissions necessary to publish the uploaded content;
  • Keeping the user's own devices and access credentials secure;
  • Reviewing the selected account/channel and upload settings before confirming an action.

5. Prohibited use

Users must not use Sube YT to:

  • Access an account, channel or data without authorization;
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content;
  • Attempt to bypass security, authorization or API limitations;
  • Interfere with the operation of Sube YT, Google, YouTube or related systems;
  • Use the service in a manner that violates applicable Google or YouTube terms and policies.

6. Availability and changes

Sube YT may be updated, suspended or modified when necessary for maintenance, security, infrastructure changes or compliance with third-party API requirements. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. User content

Users retain responsibility for the content they choose to upload. Using Sube YT does not transfer ownership of the user's video content to Sube YT.

8. Privacy

The handling of Google user data and other information is described in the Sube YT Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

Sube YT is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every upload or third-party API operation will always complete successfully, since availability may depend on Google/YouTube services, network conditions, quotas, permissions and other external factors.

10. Termination of access

Access to Sube YT may be restricted when necessary to protect the service, other users, connected accounts or to address misuse, legal obligations or policy violations.

11. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the application, applicable policies or legal requirements. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
